"Proletar" is up in the air!!!

Our team was working extremely hard at the last 3 months to construct our new born site- "Proletar". The idea is simple and exactly follows the motivation of "The Best Working Place" blog - enabling a virtual meeting place where people share their experience about the companies they work for with others.

We truly believe that one of the important criterias for company to be successful is its' employees satisfaction. Companies which will get higher score at "Proletar" will be probably companies that take care of their employee and therefore worth working for.

Do you have an opinion about the company you work for? Do you want to share it anonymously with others? Fill in a review and aside of taking part in the multi-log about your company you may also earn a new MP3!

See ya!

Nice site... A 'dashboard' page where one can query and compare ratings ( by category)and see it visually as graphs would be useful, because "Recognition" for example has more weight than "Salary & Benefits" for some people. Or as another example, what are the top 5 companies in "Job Security" and does this correlate with other categories. And once you go down the analytics path (and I'm sure it's somewhere down there on your roadmap :-)) you could even correlate employee ratings by category with share price fluctuations, etc. This site has the scent of tremendous potential.

BTW, On the scoreboard there is a typo...
"We believe that companies are really successful only when they carry balanced approach towards their environment. This includes first and foremost their employees but not only - it also counts for their suppliers, customers, partners, community and of course the plant they are on...

I wonder what plant that is :-)

And of course, the number of reviewers should appear on the scoreboard, because it would be misleading to compare Company A that has been reviewed by 100 employees with Company B that has been reviewed by 1 employee.

Also, I did a search for "Proletar", but got "No companies found", but I'm sure it's a 5-star company
