The Post at the Jerusalem Post

Proletar is again making the headlines, this time on the Jerusalem Post.

Proletar earned today the economical headlines of the Jerusalem Post with a lengthy cover by David Shamah. The Post's article is highly positive and supportive for Proletar's vision and implementation. On top of that the Post was generous enough to publish 11x16cm picture of the team at the center of the page!

Since it's our first newspaper visual appearance, we are highly excited about it hence we can not hold ourselves from publishing the same picture again here...

Proletar is out in the news!!

Recently, thanks to Ido's endeavors, Proletar is becoming famous at Israel's local market. The most recent publications of Proletar were at the biggest Israeli news site Ynet at the biggest Israeli newspaper 'Yediot' and at DailyMaily the Israeli Hi-Tech workers newsletter.
We are expecting another publication next week at the 'Jerusalem Post'.

All and all Proletar gained a lot of Momentum inside Israel last week. Proletar's next target are global newsletters, blogs and newspapers... We are also considering to run outside-of-the-planet public relations to raise the awareness of extra-terrestrial creatures to Proletar (with Sivan's help, we can reach anywhere... :-))

"Casual Sex Friday"

We didn't think of it this way when brainstorming on the best possible working place. It is definitely not one of our job certifying criteria but then we may need to re-consider the criteria...

Great job you Monster guys - well done!

The Global Reporting Initiative

Why is it that companies are so obsessed with their financial results whereas they are much less interested with any other results of their operation?
Your obvious answer would be that companies are financially driven hence the conclusion is straight forward however the guys at GRI's (Global Reporting Initiative) think a little bit differently...

Indeed financial reports are important but companies who will not pay attention to the social, environmental and economic results of their deeds will find it hard to survive at the long term.
The GRI's blessed vision is that any company on earth will generate side by side with it's financial reports all the additional reports which provide visibility on the company behavior 360 degrees.

GRI provides a reporting database on which anyone can search any company (which provides non-financial reports that is).

"Proletar" is up in the air!!!

Our team was working extremely hard at the last 3 months to construct our new born site- "Proletar". The idea is simple and exactly follows the motivation of "The Best Working Place" blog - enabling a virtual meeting place where people share their experience about the companies they work for with others.

We truly believe that one of the important criterias for company to be successful is its' employees satisfaction. Companies which will get higher score at "Proletar" will be probably companies that take care of their employee and therefore worth working for.

Do you have an opinion about the company you work for? Do you want to share it anonymously with others? Fill in a review and aside of taking part in the multi-log about your company you may also earn a new MP3!

See ya!

Companies doing the right thing (or not...)

A great new site focuing on praising or denouncing companies' behavior based on their deeds.
You may submit a story you found relevant with regards to specific company or just give a thumb up or down for other people stories.

This is still a "baby site" but should it become mature it may have a great impact on the world we are leaving at. Imagine... :-)
